ワンバルーン　Once Balloon

条件：バルーンフィギュアを製作すること。エア入りの作品であること。著作権のある、ライセンス/キャラクター作品でないこと。
- 使用できるのは、Qualatex バルーン１本又は１個です。ラテックスバルーンであれば、使用サイズの制限はありません。
- 参加資格及びコンペティションルールが適用されます。
- 出場者は、当日受け取るエントリーフォームを記入し、作品と一緒に提出してください。
- すべてクオラテックスバルーンであること。他メーカーバルーン使用は失格となります。
- コンテストで使用するクオラテックスラテックスバルーンは各自持参ください。
- バルーンフィギュアの作品に使用できるのは、ラテックス製バルーンのみとなります。シール等の接着剤やマーカーペンは使用可能。
- 作品は現地で規定された時間内の製作となり、下準備はできません。
- 作品に、ヘリウム等のガスは使用できません。
- 制限時間は10分です。ハンドポンプは各自持参してください。インフレーターは使用可ですが、手動、電池で作動するものに限る。
撤去：出展者が各自お持ち帰り又は撤去ください。
賞品：1st Place 　クオラテックス 160Q又は260Ｑ 20袋
　　　2nd Place クオラテックス 160Q又は260Ｑ 10袋

＜One Balloon＞
Construction Site：At each venue in Tokyo, Shizuoka, and Osaka
Date and Time：Feb.19 in Tokyo, Feb. 21 in Shizuoka, Feb. 22 in Osaka
Construction Time：10 Minutes
Theme：No theme
Producer：Individual Construction (No staff is allowed)
Design Requirement：All works must be Balloon Figures
Demolition：Each contestant is responsible for demolition on Feb.24 right after Final Party between 20:00~21:00. If contestant does not show up during the time frame, QBAC staff has right to demolish it.
- All Qualifications and Comprehensive Rules apply.
- An official Entry Form must be completed and submitted to the QBAC Competition Officials at the time of check-in. Competitors will not be allowed to compete without a completed Entry Form.
- All balloons must be Qualatex brand. Fail to do so will be disqualified.
- Qualatex Balloons must be supplied by a contestant.
- Balloon figures must be constructed from latex balloons only. No other materials may be used. Adhesives and marking pens are allowed.
- There is NO pre-inflation or preconstruction allowed.
- No gas such as Helium should be used.
- There will be a 10 minute time limit. Air pumps, manual or battery operated electronic inflators are allowed and must be supplied by the competitor.
